Your conversations, just for you

On Weebu, private messages are protected with end-to-end encryption. When you create your account, your device generates your encryption keys. Each conversation has its own secret key, shared only by its participants, which Weebu renews whenever the chat members change.

Your messages, photos, videos, voice notes and shared location are encrypted on your phone before they leave it, and are only decrypted on the recipient’s device. Our servers only transport and store encrypted data: they cannot read your conversations, and the notifications you receive do not include their content either.
