This option allows you to control how photos, videos, and documents are downloaded and stored on your device.
From this section you can:- Manage content storage
- Control mobile data usage
In Settings -> Storage and Data -> Auto-downloads and media, you can view and modify the download and storage method.
You can modify the download type for each category: Photos, Videos, and Documents.
You can choose between three options:
- Never: to never download them automatically.
- Wi-Fi: to download only when connected to Wi-Fi.
- Wi-Fi and mobile: to always download, using either connection.
By default, photos download on Wi-Fi and mobile data, while videos and documents download only on Wi-Fi.
You can return to the original configuration by tapping the red Reset Settings option.
