In “Everyone decides” events, each participant can indicate which dates they are available.

Indicating your availability (only in "Everyone decides" events)

To vote on proposed dates:

  1. Open the event.
  2. Tap the menu button.
  3. Select My availability.
  4. Mark the days you can attend.
  5. Confirm.

Others will see: Your availability on the event calendar (name visible unless it's anonymous).

Calendar colors ("Everyone decides" events):
  • ● Red: Less than 50% availability.
  • ● Orange: More than 50% but less than 100%.
  • ● Green: Everyone is available (date can be confirmed).

Confirmed date: When a date reaches the set agreement %, it appears in green and can be confirmed.
